If you're in real estate, then yes. Strategy agnostic. This particular event is centered around attracting real estate specific investment capital (which is really just closing deals) the particular investment strategy doesn't matter.
WHAT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
You just need to have done some successful real estate deals...
And if you're used to small deals (sub $25k profit), you'll need to be open to expanding your profit horizons.
We don't play small.
When you have deep pockets backing you? Take the bigger, smarter swings.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN NETWORK?
You don't need to already have your own capital network.
In fact, you'll see that sometimes not having a current network of capital partners allows you to do it right from the get go.
But if you DO have a current network, I'll show you how to approach them properly so that they write checks.
